The cut along the right edge looks crooked, although poor cuts from factory are not uncommon, and I'm pretty sure this is a factory cut. But please let me know if you think o/w.

It is so hard to see it from here. Do you have 90 degrees rule? It may help you to determine if it is trimmed or not. You can show us the book and rule.

90 degree rule means nothing if this book was factory cut incorrectly which is definitely a possibility.
