Bottom staple (looks rusty) might take it down to 5.5, but it looks 6 - 6.5 o/w.

the book looks 7.0-ish to me... but that rusty staple might drop it to a 6.0

I'm in the 5.5/6.0 camp but would not be surprised to see it get slightly higher grade these days. In addition to the staple issue pointed out by others, that top edge is a bit tricky and possibly improved with a press.

 

PS -- nice book!

Thanks for the input, I checked the staple and it's not actually rusty but appears that way because of the marks around the staple on the cover. I'm In two minds whether to slab or not.
