Interesting book. It is #18 and intended to replace Eerie in the Avon catalog (even says "Formerly EERIE" in the indicia) - and no - that has nothing to do with the grade - just a cool and not so well known PCH fact!

 

And yeah - that is a small chip in the upper right cover. :(
