Not an expert but when I was a kid back in the early 60's Bob's Big Boy (Northeast Phila.) was my favorite place to eat, in my mind the Big Boy statue was 30 feet tall. (Was disappointed when I googled it a couple of years ago to find it was only 7 feet tall)

I started collecting Bob's Big Boy books about 10 years ago for the Nostalgia factor along with other TV show comics from my youth.(Beany and Cecil, Tom Terrific)

We moved to N.J. in January 1965 so that was the end of my Bob's Big Boy adventures.

 

I am/was only interested in the first 100 issues of Bob's Big Boy but have not purchased any in about 5 years.

At this point I have 23 issues ranging from numbers 58 - 99.

All of mine were purchased on eBay.

1st issue (1955) is Evertt art. Two versions of cover, one for the east coast, one for the west cost.

 

Would this be the first variant?
