Question on effect of Coupon clip and grade

Just curious what a coupon clip does to the overall grade.

 

there is a nice old book that looks to be in VG/FN or FN but has a coupon clipped.

this is an old 10 center from 50's. How much should be taken wjay should be taken off?

not 50's but early 60's....it is an FF2 that I am looking at....give me a grade on this...back looks good...marvel chipping and looks like a sub. crease.......and coupon clipped. How does this grade?

One could argue endlessly whether or not the grade changes if a coupon is clipped from an ad page or a story page, but the value sure does.
