While I've bought a bunch a books from the board this is my first sale and I figured I should start out with a heck of a book. Up for sale today is a VG(might be VG+ but I'm terrible at grading) copy of Batman 232. I hate to part with it but I'm trying to put together a little cash for NYCC.

Batman #232: VG(maybe VG+)

 

This is a flat and solid copy with no serious problems: soiling to the back cover and some color loss along the spine are about the worst of it.

 

Staples are tight; all of the pages, both covers, and the centerfold are firmly attached; and the interior paper quality is excellent -- cream/off-white and very supple.

 

Defects not visible in the scans are: (1) a very faint reading crease on the front cover which extends downward and to the left from the tip of Ra's's index finger to the "a tale to haunt you forever" text box; and (2) a small red distributor's ink mark on the top of the book (slightly visible along the top edge of the cover, nearly dead-center, above and between Batman's ears in the main logo), which also bleeds through to the inside front cover in the same spot, and onto the splash page as well.
