Can't tell is bottom left of bc is a bend or if that's dirt. If it's only dirt, I'd say 9.2

Looks to also have a crease along the right edge. Small, but there. that along with the dirt on the back, and crease at the top right put it closer to VF than NM for me. If the back could be cleaned, it would bring the grade up.
