Checking on status of books sent to CCS

I sent about 10 books for pressing at NYCC that were then going to CGC. I have a CGC account, and can see some of my other submissions. Where do I get progress updates for CCS?

If you submitted at NYCC, CCS will not show the transaction on their site. I've submitted at Cons and had to call to find the status. They only show transaction on their site if you send it directly to them. Once pressing is done and they send to CGC, CGC will send you an invoice they received it. Then the waiting game beings depending on what type of service you paid.
