Recommending to press before grading ?

When receiving books submitted for grading and they come across one that they feel is an ideal candidate for pressing, does CGC ever suggest to the owner of the book that they should have it pressed ?

No, they do not. That would slow up the submission process cinsiderably and it isn't practical for CGC to make house calls on books that are not subbed to CCS first.

If you subbed books to CGC at a con and asked if a particular book is a good candidate to be subbed to CCS before grading for a press, I'd imagine they'd advise you.
