Highest grade for a book with a tear on the cover

I have a book that has a 1/2" tear on the cover and am wondering what is the "highest" grade possible for this book (the rest of it is a solid 8.0)

I've seen an otherwise perfect with a 1/4 chunk out and still get a 7.0.. Anything is possible when u play the CGC game

Here is a 7.5 with tear in upper left and bottom right corner has color breaking crease (not visible in scan); otherwise, probably a 9.2.

if your book is an 8.0 without the tear; you might expect a 6.5-7.0 or so with a 1/2" tear
