9.2-9.4 IMHO, depending on:

 

- is that a scratch on the top cover between M in magazine and the second A in Fantastic?

 

I noticed the squiggley line beside Black Bolt's foot beneath Lockjaw's head, and wondered if it was a flaw. But some internet research shows that mark on all copies.
