5.0, IMHO. Is there moisture damage on the back top cover, of is that just a dust shadow?

It is not moisture, back cover is smooth it got that way from being in a stack unmoved for years, Im not sure if it is because of light exposure or from dust, there is no actual change in the feel of the paper just that slight discoloration.
