Hulk Annual #1 w/ page issue

I recently purchased a Hulk Annual #1 that has what looks like the top of 2 pages that were not separated when manufactured.

 

Any ideas what this is called and how this effects the grade? Thanks!

Siamese pages, common enough. Generally preferred not to be there, but also preferred to keep connected. Generally doesn't affect grade.

the tear it has caused would affect the grade though.
