PGM: Avengers #57 1st Vision

Hi guys and gals.

 

Just bought this raw copy of Avengers #57 tonight on ebay. I am pretty happy with the purchase, and I think it presents pretty well. I know you guys are the main experts on this subject matter, and I would really like to hear what you guys think this will grade as. Thank you for your time!

If it weren't for that tear on the spine I'd say 7.5 / 8.0 but I'm not sure what a tear that size would do to the grade. Maybe a 5.0?

without any defects, VF-range for sure.

 

There's also a long crease on the BC (about 3.5") - with this defect, maybe max is a 6.0-6.5

 

add the spine split, maybe a 4.5-5.0... I can't see it being more than that
