He won't do $150 for all three. If he's pricing each one at $150, he'll think he can find a sucker to take one at that price, and still have two more to play with.

 

Before discussing anything, do a page count.

 

There's going to be a big spine roll fanning the pages of the Spidey 10. Hammer that one first, and get him to admit his prices are bunk. Once he doesn't have the price stickers to hide behind, you should be able to get him down to $200 for all three.
