The scan resolution is too low to see much detail but I see the following:

 

1. Light edge wear in general with concentration on the lower right.

2. Top of the spine has minor blunting.

3. Appears to have widespread foxing.

4. Soiling on the bottom of the back cover.

 

Again, this is only what I can see so I'm unable to see any dents etc but with all of this factored in it would seem to be a 7.0/7.5. Its a great looking book from a structural perspective but seems like it hasn't aged well.
