9.2 / 9.4. At first I thought it couldn't be a 9.2 but there are some dings on the bottom of the book I didn't see at first.

9.2 some chips on the bottom edge. small chip out of the right edge F.C. in the yellow to the right of the picture. looks like there could be some light color loss on that bottom spine corner f.c. also. its still a stunning looking book, but no 9.6

Agreed. I was thinking 9.0 - 9.2 at best. Have you ever heard of PGX missing restoration?

Is this book complete any cut outs or missing pages.

If you were to get past the restoration incomplete probability. You have an unverified signature that will downgrade the book to about an 8.0 or worse unless it's a green label. There looks to be rust on the lower staple area that has migrated into the paper. The back cover paper looks to have tanning or some discoloration staining.

Qualified 9.0/9.2 unless there is missed restoration (PGX has no reliability when it comes to spotting it, and has even been suspected of ignoring it at times)

 

It's a shame someone allowed such a nice looking copy to be defaced with a large sloppy signature, and didn't even bother to get it witnessed by a credible source.
