PGM!!! ASM 13 questions!!!...

hi guys i just bought my favorite ASM cover and id like to see if my grade its right!?

 

first off when i bought this the cover was detached but...had two staples added to hold it together is i removed said staples and was wondering if...2 things would this get a quailified grade (not subbing this book)? and if i added archival tape to the inside of the cover would it get a blue universal label?? again not subbing this book i just want to know so i can learn to grade a book better!
