Don't have a pic handy 'cause I'm still looking for that "perfect" book, but I absolutely love Kaluta's cover for Unknown Worlds of Science Fiction #2.

 

I also like Brunner's EC homage cover to issue 4...

I was never big on Romita Jr's X-Men work in the 80s, but I always liked this cover he did.  I think I pick up high grade copies when I'm browsing the back issue bins.  Not valuable by any stretch but a book I loved as a kid.

I'd probably say Batman #450, as the cover conveys more to the Joker than "Ahahahaha, I'm a psychotic madman!" and more of the monster that lurks underneath the skin of the man that's ready to burst at the seams when no one is looking:

Warlord as a series is extremely underrated. This cover I always loved. Same with the treasury, both by Grell.
