I'm thinking 8.0 / 8.5. I feel the CBC's in the upper and lower right would rule out a 9.0.

^ So, dog ears, even if tiny, that break color, tend to cap grade at 8.5? Thank you.

 

Can I assume that just one tiny dogear, with perhaps two or three other tiny defects of lesser degree elsewhere at corner or edges might still pull 9.0 ?

I've seen 9.0's with one small one maybe but I'm not sure I've ever seen one with both.
