That is basically what they call Siamesed pages.

 

Comic wraps are cut from huge sheets where there are multiple pages printed at the same time. The sheets are cut apart but they don't always separate fully so they get tucked into the book.

:rulez: I'd call that a detached siamese :)

 

I've had siamese page books where the sheets aren't cut at the corner, and you literally can't open the book without tearing pages. I think of those as true siamese - ie the twin pages are literally still joined. You've seen those too I guess?
