Double cover Iron Man 128 grader notes question

The graders notes on a double cover Iron Man 128 I just had graded as:

 

multiple double cover 1st cover 9.2, interior cover 9.4

multiple spine stress lines breaks color

print creases right bottom of

print creases right center of

 

The grade however lists outer cover of 8.5 and inner cover 9.0.

 

I've also had several Iron Man 128s graded with the print creases, and have never been dinged for them before.

 

Should I call CGC?

What's the Page Quality ? I remember seeing a situation like this where the poor PQ overrides the technical grades.
