I think the damage to the bottom of the spine will hurt the final grade, my guess is a 9.0.

9.2 because I don't see any other defects and I had another book with an impact crease bigger than that and there was also some light creasing elsewhere and it got a 9.2.

The damage to the bottom of the spine is obscured a bit by the brightness of the book. That impact crease may extend a bit into the book. Coupled with the light wear to both top corners and you have a 8.5. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
