Found my Spider-Man iron-on tee! 0

Bought this during the Summer of 1974 at Salisbury Beach in MA. Has some staining on it,

but presents really nice in the frame and it's just a really cool classic

I should! Thought about washing it, but would probably damage the iron-on.

Looks cool in the frame. Has that lived in look!

Do not use Oxi Clean. Its fine for everyday wash, but it's not exactly gentle on fabric. I had a shirt that got too much once and it came out an entirely different shade, as if it had been bleached. Hand wash it in Woolite if you want to clean it.

Thanks for the advice, but the iron-on is a bit fragile and would be afraid that it would get damaged. Will probably just leave it as is.

Cool! I've seen a couple unused on Ebay with the same coloring. There's also one that's the same pose

except that its Blue, Red & Black. I think that one may be an earlier version.

 

This one has sentimental value. I have memories of the day when I bought it,

but don't remember the exact year. Most likely the Summer of '74 or '75.
