is that just a bend in the urc? if it doesnt break color a 9.4

Nice book. I think a 9.6 is good for this book. 9.4's usually look too rough, but because of that corner it won't hit 9.8.

The upper right corner is bending over ever so slightly, but it is not as pronounced as the scan makes it look. No color breaking of any sort whatsoever.

If that top right corner is just bent a little but not colour-breaking, I don't see anything wrong with it at all, so...9.6? I'm hindered slightly by never having seen a slab above 9.0 in person

I can't go 9.6 just because that upper right corner is ever so subtly creeping over. 9.4 yes. 9.6? That would be up to the men in Fla. It has a shot but I can't make the call because I have a shadow of a doubt.

If that isn't NM at least, I'm retiring! Can't you fix the corner?

9.6 My understanding is any defects and it can't be a 9.8. So I'd like to believe (as much as possible without comic in hand to inspect) that that corner won't nock it down two notches.
