Marvel SuperHeroes #28 and other square bound books 0

Does anyone know if detached pages are normal in these square bound books?

 

I have a copy of Marvel Super-Heroes #28 which has 3 pages detached - but looking closely at it it doesn't appear they were ever attached at all. There are no staples on this issue etc..

 

Its in really nice shape and possibly worth grading - but if a detached pages would drop it down to a 1.8 .. it changes everything of course.

does it affect grade though? or, since it is normal, no?

It's not normal. Although the covers are glued and aren't stapled, the interior pages are stapled.
