What would you grade this Flash #138?

It's a really, really nice book until you hit the back cover. There is that tear in the cover in the lower right hand side of the back cover. Be sure to take note of that. So, what would you grade it?

2.5. A bunch of small problems, with that tear sitting atop them all and daring me to go above G+. Or a GLOD 4.0-ish

A possible 4.0.

Anywhere from 3.5 to 5.0.

 

Tough to grade those FVFs with one or two major dings.

I would guess 3.5. Like A said, it's hard to take off for major defects (spine split and major tear).
