My buddy  Pam  is trying to ID    the source  of  a panel  from  a comic.

I'm probably wrong, but the woman looks a bit like Phantom Lady.

The pre-Fox Phantom Lady had a yellow costume with green cape, unlike the Matt Baker blue costume.  I just looked through the PSArts Phantom Lady vol 1.

My first thought was from some ACG title like Forbidden Worlds or Adventures into the Unknown.  No real reason other than the quirkiness

Not sure if it's PL,  but that panel sure looks like  the proper era.   The length of the skirt,  the pageboy haircut  and the heels  all look like 1950 to me,  plus or minus.

It's all over the Internet but no attribution. My first thought was she looks like Caniff's Dragon Lady, but the attire isn't quite right.
