Comics on Judge Judy

Watching a judge judy case about some dude who got scammed on ebay the seller said he had a hulk 181 cgc 9.9 for 1500 bucks, and low and behold it was a scam, not graded etc was in about 5.5, kinda interesting to watch this.

 

anyone else see something like this on tv?

I saw this episode today, and found myself amused by the defendent's claim that despite the fact he advertised the book as a certified 9.9, a "reasonable" person should have known that he wasn't selling a $50,000 comic for $1,500. Did he really think that line of reasoning was going to sway the Judy-nator? What a maroon!

Pah! This is not a Hulk 181 topic. It deserves a thread of its own for tracking similar things. Hulk 181 just happened to be the book in this instance. The real issue is the decision that came down, so to speak, and why. It could be related to any book.
