nice book! I see some small checks on the spine front and less so on the back.  The yellow tone on the top cover appears to me to be a printer ink, is that the case?. Nice hardly rounded corners on the bottom, pretty nice on the top. The back shows very little yellowing.  The luster  seems a bit flat. Based on ones I have, I'd say an 8.0-8.5. What's not to like?

I agree.  Leaning towards 8.5!
