If someone outright lies (as well as changing it multiple times) then of course I'm going say something, and I am asking Arch to reinstate the thread so we all see exactly what transpired.

 

I have nothing to hide, but Dale certainly does.

Arch, if you reinstate the thread allowing this ridiculous schoolyard squabble to continue, I will PM you 5000 times a day, every day, Christmas included, for the rest of your natural life.

 

Nobody other than Dale and JC gives a spoon.

 

I'm not sure if I can count to 5,000 in one day (unless it's by 100's;) you must have a lot of time;)

 

I don't have the same memory of the thread being quite so pleasant, I remember being disturbed at the way Andrew was treated when he said something...but yes, I think it should end...I think Arch probably has enough to do.

It went down kinda like this:

 

I saw that thread and it was GACollectables and Roy and a couple others that informed Dale Roberts that he was in violation first.

 

Dale Roberts then said he would close his thread but he did make some "Snarky" comments while doing it.

 

Then some boardies came in and said Dale was a great guy to deal with.

 

JC came on and was on the topic of : Are the books pictured were the same books on ebay?

 

Dale eventually admitted that they were and didn't feel that scanning the actual books that were for sale on the boards were worth the effort and that he already closed the thread so why keep bringing it up.

 

Then the usual suspects got into it.

Berating people for complaining about the size of text is a bit much. Especially since there's no "Hey guys, what do you think of this?". For all anybody knew we were going to be stuck with that so I feel the reaction was a part of it and should have been anticipated.

 

I fully support the complaining as it got results and the new size is much better since it seems to be the way it's going to be.

 

I still don't like it being there period. (oooohhh look a complaint....get over it).

But basically I don't care.

 

I preferred the old way of letting kindly and well meaning forum members assist newbie sellers in the ways of enlightenment.

 

I really can't wait for SkyPinkBlu's selling threads to pick back up as reading these forum police threads are a snooze.
