I didn't have a problem with you before, but after posting that notice in my sales thread for no reason, now I do. I don't care if it was just a joke or not, I don't care. I wasn't running that sales thread for the heck of it, but since you didn't seem to care, I'll thank you to stay away from any of my future threads.

 

I thought that I was being a helpful member of this community, exposing the recent scammers and shysters, yet when I was coming to the boards to sell some books in order to help pay mounting bills, I get a "joke" post that may or may not have cost me customers because once they saw the notice, I wonder how many bothered to see your spoiler where you posted your GLWTS.

 

I guess I'll just pull the books and try to figure some other way to pay my bills. Board camaraderie, indeed.

Well, the community at large didn't feel it was silly.

 

We all know people are going to do business with others that are on the PL or HoS. We can't stop it, and it's unlikely that we will know who the people are for the most part.

 

If you want to do business with the type that solarcadet has shown himself to be, fine. But the community felt it was in its own best interest to at least warn people first. If you think that is silly, then...

He earned it with his actions and responses. If someone lying about their father's death to alter a transaction is silly, you have to be kidding. The altering of transaction terms with the later transaction just proved he is not big on sales commitments.

The HOS is a list of the worst of the worst. Solarcadet didn't scam anyone, he said some questionable things. If that makes someone HOS worthy, the list should be much longer.
