I need some help with grading this one. It looks very nice.

- There are a few small color breaking creases below the 12 cents box, but I believe it was caused by the paper rollers during the production process.

- Tiny crease on the bottom right corner, front cover.

- Staples are clean.

- Very glossy.

- There is some tanning on the pages/covers.

- Looks to be the start of some foxing along the top edge of the back cover.

- Name stamp on the first page.
