I searched through old batman 251 threads but couldn't find any with small chunks on the side as a comparable to mine. Thoughts are appreciated! Also, would dry cleaning take of the smudge over the left knee on Batman, appears to be maybe another cover that was stuck to it?

No idea if dry cleaning would remove that smudge but with all the other issues the book has, why bother dry cleaning it at all? Great book to have. Wish I still had my copy
