PGM X-men 100 Small Stain

So take a look at this book. I didn't see this small stain on the upper left back cover (You will have to zoom in to see it.) the first time I graded it. Thank god I found it the second time. How much of a drop to give this book? Without the stain the book is 9.2 I think. A few NBCs and on one spine mark and some light tics on front cover. Let me know your thoughts.

to me, this books looks sweet.  I wish all books I owned looked this good.  It's easier to tell flaws in person, but I would think this book would grade 9.2 minimum.  This includes the factory crease at Colossus's left ankle

Even with that stain on the back you would grade it that high? I've never had a nice book like this with this type of defect. So I encourage any thoughts.

I can't see the stain that well. I've had a small corner stain like that recently on a book that got a 9.2. Maybe an 8.5 on this book if it's more noticeable than the pic
