I thought they may have been the same book, but the second seller has more scans than the first. Incredible coincidence..........

I've asked about this phenominon a couple times recently. The posting of a reasonably big/key book on ebay tends to draw out another copy more than coincidence accounts for, IMO. There were two Golden Age Submariner #1's a couple weeks ago posted within hours of each other. There were 3 All Star #3's up at once recently, and of course there were also a couple copies of Bat #1 up at once a few days ago. I've never been an ebay seller, but the only explanation I can come up with is that the poster of the subsequent auction for a given big book is hoping to attract the underbidders from the first auction. Regardless, it's an interesting phenominon.
