What do those little stars under our name mean?

I got 3 now and some people who have been her elonger than me have 2 or less.

This is an average of what other people have rated you.

 

If you'll click on someones user name......you will be able to rate them with between 1 star (poor) and 5 stars (excellent).

 

Also, if you place your cursor over your own stars (don't click.....just place it there).....a box will pop up telling you how many people have rated you.
