Does anyone know if eBay user IGB.CORP is a board member or how to contact them (other than going through eBay)?

I guess they don't have the best reputation.

I just saw they had a few books listed on eBay, that I wanted to buy as a gift for someone.

They were unrestored 9.8s, however, they were graded by someone else and thus I was not interested.

If they were graded by CGC I would have bought them immediately.

It looks as if they might be best to avoid either way.
