Gavel Snipe issues?

Is anyone else having issues with Gavel Snipe? I won an auction with them 2 days ago and since then 3 snipes that haven't worked.

Strange enough not only does it miss bidding, but it erases the snipe like I never made one which makes it more frustrating.

I've sent a feedback email to the feedback mail and I'm waiting a response. This issue just came out of now where.

 

Anyone else?
