I believe these to be pedigree comics but I can't place the pedigree or providence.  So sold as is.

Looks like a Bethlehem date stamp.

I think Ed meant Green River ped rather than Green Valley.  I think the date stamps are more red in color.

Agreed it's not a Green River stamp.  The D in the front, along with the color, size and shape of the letters and numbers is consistent with Bethlehem.

 

Here's a verified Bethlehem date stamp on a comic published a couple months later.  The drop down of the second number position (in the day of the month), the spacing of numbers in the 1966, and the size, hue, and spacing of the letters are a match.  So, too, is the light tanning of both books along the top edge.

That's right, now I remember researching that it was Bethlehem and not Green River - wrong on a lot of accounts.

Bottom corner is not split, just pressure creases from production.
