Cracking a slabbed comic from another company to get it CGC graded

So I have a Saga 19 Diamond Retailer Summit Slabbed by a different company in 9.8 condition.

I want to get it CGC graded to add to my collection but as I have never submitted anything to CGC myself am scared that it might come back a different grade when cracked open and slabbed again.

Anyone have any advice?

That is a risk you always run cracking a book out. I would inspect it thoroughly to see if it has any damage, and if still not sure post some scans in the please grade my comic section.
