Now, weed is legal here, and there is a dispensary every three blocks of the larger towns.  :p

And the modern stuff is nothing like the ditch weed from the 70s.

Ohio keeps voting it down but with all the other states pulling in millions in extra taxes it will only take time.  You can't complain about no tax money for schools and roads and then vote down proven money makers.

I don't know about the societal expense.  And I mean that - I don't really know.  At least we're not sending as many people to prison for delivering what the people want.
