PGM Spider-Man 1 Gold

Hi all.  I know I said I was done posting comics for a while, but then realized I forgot to ask about two issues.  On this one, I'm wondering what the fade on the gold lettering costs grade-wise.  It's most visible in the two top corner photos.

It is difficult to grade a comic from photos instead of scans. Reflections and lighting can hide things you would see in a scan. I do see some spine ticks, but not sure how many there are.

As to the loss of gold: these gold coated books tend to have some loss. Some more than others. I have seen 9.8's with some minor amounts of loss.

Here is a CGC 9.2 that I think is worse than yours:

I think your copy is a 9.4
