Ignore the strange blotch in the bottom left, it's inside the scanner, no idea where it came from. 

 

Scanner surface in general is screwed up, that's why there are white specks everywhere.

As to the general condition of the comic, it lays very flat, staples are nice and flush, not perfect, but not really noticable unless you look. There might be a small dent on the cover, doesn't break color and doesn't show up until you angle it into the light. I don't know if that large scratch that shows up on the back near the bottom left quarter is there or not, I didn't see it before I put it on the scanner so perhaps it is there.

and just because I think it's beneficial, here is an actual PICTURE and not a scan of the cover, this gives a better representation of the color because the scanner freakin murders the nice colors. Gover is glossy and nice still... scanner is not
