Dark Knight Returns #1

This book looks like a 9.8 on the front cover, but the back cover has a strange line of "extra gloss" on the lower middle left.  How will this effect the grade? Is this a production error?  (I swear I wasn't eating fried chicken when I picked up this copy brand new 30 years ago)   Thanks, Nate

No indentation.  I shined a black light to see if it was a different ink or water stain, but I don't see traces.  I had another dark knight book, and it had major "Gloss" stains, I don't know what caused that either
