Grade this Flash #175

...picked this up this morning at my LCS,...the guy neeed cash and I promised to buy some stuff ,but most of the books were a little shy of NM,...I figured even with the upper right corner on this it would still be worth it,...you can't tell from the scan but the cover gloss is pretty amazing,...whadayathink?....

Can you magnify the scan at all? How many creases are in the upper right corner?

...nah,...I'm out of web-space at the moment,...there are about 3 or 4 unfortunately,.....

Looks nice but for that top corner, FN maybe squeak in a FN+ if the rest of the book is flawless.

Those creases drop a VF-NM book down to Fine.

Curious, how much did you pay for that?

I have a similar copy with the same amount of light coner creases... CGC gave it a FN/VF 7.0 I would say the same....

Nice looking copy. What's the page quality. Cream to Off White? How does the back look? Before reading through all the guesses, I was thinking FN. That's as high as I go with multiple creases in the corner like that. But after grading quite a few and comparing my grading to CGC, I agree with all4comics that it is likely a fine+ or a fine/very fine CGC book.
