It doesn't mention it being a file copy. I sent him a message saying file copies are noted on the label and this looks like a simple tape pull. He replied saying it was a sticker that said "file copy" which is exactly why publishers used ink stamps instead of stickers. Unbelievable some of the tactics people try to get away with. Get all your tape pulls together and offer to sell him a buncha file copies. Tell him I see you haven't really been selling anything in over a year-it's not working for you. If they don't know it's a file copy why would the mark as one!!" -Preduction Uhm, I guess you're right, because that would be like someone trying to sell one as a file copy without proof of it being one.
