Any Kev Walker experts? Art ID needed.

Far as I'm aware, this is a painted strip from 2000AD.  Never followed the magazine, so I've no idea.

Can anyone help with an ID, please?  Looking for name of strip, year of publication, etc.  Thanks.

It's nothing to do with  MTG art; something from the British mag, 2000 AD.  Could be that MTG's FB page could lead into an ID, but I thought this might be better-suited to provide clues . . .

There was one guy on the boards who had Kev Walker OA in their signature from the old forums...   If you can access the old forum then it could lead you somewhere.
