Spiderman Art from 1984 1 1

I picked these up a little while back from a collection of what I believe was the owner who had commissioned them back in 1984, I don't really have a spot for them and may sell them. Any idea what they are worth? I assume the Spiderman / Mary Jane would be the more valuable of the two.

Ron still does comissions. Available via catskill comics. His rates are pretty fair. Value guess is 100-300. Depending on size.
