I can't make the Saturday dinner. I'm flying out at 7:30. 

Ill be around for Wed/Thurs/Fri nights. 

Thursday should be a lock for veggie sushi. Still trying to find friends for Wednesday and Friday nights.

Correct mistake

I was going to put on a little demo on how to crack out slabs at the sushi dinner, but due to the time constraints it will have less attendees than originally planned, so I am going to do my little demo at the Saturday night dinner instead. Anyone interested let me know. If I don't get too many responses I will cancel doing it all together.
